If you are uncomfortable placing an order over the internet, you may order by phone or fax. You will receive all of the same notifications you would get if you ordered from our web site, including a confirmation and shipment tracking information.

We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards through our secure online payment service. By prior arrangement with our customer service staff, prepayment of orders by personal check is accepted.
Shipping Methods:
Hunter Bay has easy fixed rate shipping charges of $5.95 for orders under 10 pounds and $10.95 for orders at 10 pounds or more anywhere in the USA. Orders are shipped ground service via UPS or USPS. Shipping times will vary by location but average between 2-5 days. In rare weather and holiday instances, shipping may be delayed, prohibited, or not available to your location.
NOTE: Our time line is to receive your order on day one, roast your order on day two and ship your order on day three. We roast-to-order on EVERY order, insuring your coffee is super fresh. This 3-day processing time should be considered in addition to shipping times of 2 to 5 days, giving a total time from when the order was placed to when the order will arrive of 5 to 8 days.
Order Status:
If you provide an email address to Hunter Bay when you place your order, you may receive a shipping confirmation email from the shipping agent – UPS or USPS. In this email, a tracking link should be included so you can monitor the progress of your package. If you are especially concerned about the shipping time for your order, please contact our service staff prior to placing an order.
Product Returns:
Hunter Bay proudly stands behind its coffee, its craftsmanship, and its 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Should you have a concern about your order, simply contact our service staff within 14 days of the transaction. They will issue a Return Authorization and direct you to return the unused portion of your coffee for further investigation. Our service staff will promptly issue a credit or provide for a reshipment for any coffee of the same purchase value.

All prices and products are subject to change without notice. Our objective is to offer the superior, rare and unique coffees of the world. If a coffee is no longer available or if its quality declines in any way, it will no longer be listed for sale.
